Joe DePalma, Sr. is recognized as a hospitality industry leader. Known extensively for his property workout and turn-around skills, Mr. DePalma has spent the last 30 years as President & CEO of DePalma Hotel Corporation.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. DePalma is responsible for overseeing all key success areas for DePalma managed hotels including oversight of revenue generation and rate management, guest satisfaction monitoring, labor and expense controls, reporting standards and franchise requirements.

Ms. Muggler joined the DePalma Hotel Corporation in 1985 as Food and Beverage Director for the 306 room Executive Inn. In 1988, she was promoted to the position of General Manager of the Hilton Hotel in Lake Jackson, Texas, where she improved revenues significantly to $2.8 million in annual sales.
