DePalma announces Management and Project Development of the Wingate, Wyndham, in partnership with Hotel Endeavors, LLC.
This 100 roo Wyndham prototype is scheduled to open in mid May, 2011. The hotel is located off the George W. Bush Turnpike in Frisco, Texas. DePalma's Development Team has oversight of this project from the ground up.

DePalma Hotel Corporation has been selected by Lubbock Investments, LLC to manage the 142 room full service Radisson Hotel in Lubbock, Texas. The hotel will undergo a renovation to upgrade it to new Radisson standards. It will include all public areas and select items in the guestrooms that include 37” flat panel TV’s. The renovation will be completed by May 2012.
DePalma has added two nebraska hotels to its growing portfolio.
B&K Enterprises has awared DePalma with management of two of their hotels located in Nebraska.
The New World Inn and Conference Center located in Columbus sits off of Highway 81, and is a full service property with 20,000 square feet of meeting space, free Wifi and an indoor Water Park, said President Joseph DePalma, Sr.
In addition, the Clarion Inn, located off of Highway 30 in Freemont, is a 100 room, full service hotel, with 12,000 square feet of meeting space.
