Kaley Barnard is a driven and dedicated individual who graduated from Texas A&M University in 2014 with a major in Recreation Parks and Tourism. While Kaley has obtained over ten years in the hotel industry, the key culture of hospitality has been running through her blood since childhood.
Kaley grew up being raised in the golf industry with her father, who worked for the PGA for a long time. This instilled in her a strong work ethic and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in everything she does. Kaley has a decade of hotel sales experience and has worked with all of the major brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Wyndham, IHG, and Choice. On top of being involved in the property level sales for these major brands, she has participated in the sales training programs for majority of these. Mastering these sales training programs has allowed her to take the best key important sales strategies from all different brands to put into place with her team for DePalma. Kaley's favorite part of sales is the competition and the excitement of finding the right puzzle piece to fit a hotel's needs. She enjoys the challenge of working with clients to understand their unique requirements and then matching them with the perfect hotel solution. Her passion for sales is evident in her dedication to getting the job done right, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are satisfied with their experience.
Now being involved in the Corporate Sales for Depalma, Kaley is further enjoying that next challenge of helping owners finding the right hotel and brand for their portfolio. She is able to look at data and help quickly provide recommendations of strategies and systems from the brand that can help increase revenue quickly.
