"DO NOT TRACK" SIGNALS

Some browsers can send "Do Not Track" signals to websites. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do not track Site visitors across third-party websites for advertising purposes.

However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use discretion when deciding what information to send us through the Site.

DATA RETENTION

We keep Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the services you request, and to meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at mail@depalmahotels.com.
