Larry Goodwin's hospitality management career spans more than twenty-five years, and he has supported DePalma Hotels and Resorts in general manager and regional support assignments since 2018. He is at the forefront of the company's task force efforts, leading new property transitions and providing guidance, expertise and field support throughout the southwestern region.
Mr. Goodwin has held general manager positions nationwide with major hotel companies including Omni, Hilton, Carlson, InterContinental Hotels Group and Wyndham, as well as with independent full-service destination resorts, and held director of food and beverage positions earlier in his career. His well-rounded experience brings a high level of performance to the company's portfolio and an operating culture that elevates associate commitment, advancement and retention.
Mr. Goodwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and has years of experience in private equity lending and commercial real estate.
He continues to serve on hospitality boards and advisory committees and mentors college students across the country.
